We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery for eligible returns (defective/damaged or change-of-mind), subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • For defective items, we may request photo evidence via email prior to approving the return.

Note: Items not meeting the above condition may be refused or receive only a partial refund after inspection.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
If the product does not meet return criteria (e.g., used, damaged by customer), we will notify you with details.

Return Methods

  • In-store: Return directly at our store location.

  • By mail: Follow the return instructions included in your package.

Return Labels

A pre-paid return label is included in the package (free) for approved returns.
If the label is missing or lost, contact us and we will re-issue it via email.

Return Period

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Product Condition for Return

Returned décor items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Exchange items must be new/unused and meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs

A pre-paid return label (included in your package) is provided for approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale / clearance items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product is defective (e.g., cracked ceramic, broken lights, misprinted signs), we will:

  • Replace the item with the same product, or

  • Issue a full refund (including shipping fees).
    A prepaid return label will be provided.
    Note: Defective items must not have been altered or modified.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance décor is non-refundable unless defective.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is received.

  • If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

Shipping Info

Orders are shipped to the PayPal-provided address. Please ensure accuracy. Returned shipments due to incorrect address will be reshipped at your expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Delivery times may vary by location and are not guaranteed. Delays are not grounds for a refund.

Coupons

Coupons must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to existing orders.
