RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At omnesconsultants.com (doing business as The Halloween Smoke Shop), we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
- The item must be in its original condition — new, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Final sale / clearance items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Return Shipping Costs
- For Defective/Damaged Products: We will provide a free pre-paid return shipping label. You will not pay any return shipping fee.
- For Customer Remorse (Change of mind): We will provide a pre-paid return label, BUT the actual cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees (0%).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original outbound shipping fees ($15.99) are non-refundable.
